Membership Refunds
Once a membership plan is purchased and activated, it is generally non-refundable as the premium features and services are immediately made available to the user. We encourage users to review the plan details carefully before making a purchase.
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional cases, such as technical errors where a payment was processed but the service was not rendered or account activation failed, we may consider a refund request. These requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Completion Timeline
After a refund request is received, it will undergo a thorough verification process by our management. Once the request is verified and approved, it will take approximately 7 to 10 working days for the refund completion. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
